Terms of Service

Last updated: March 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By subscribing to Zeq.dev or using the API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all tiers including the 14-day free trial.

2. The Service

Zeq.dev provides access to an open-source scientific computing framework and generative mathematics compiler ("the Service"), implemented as a language-agnostic REST API. The Service takes verified physics equations — 1,576 operators across 64 physics domains — and makes them callable as software functions, synchronized to the 1.287 Hz HulyaPulse. It is not a simulation engine, physics calculator, or AI model. The Service is provided "as is" for software development, research, and educational purposes. All results are mathematical computations grounded in recognised physics literature and should be independently validated by qualified professionals before use in safety-critical applications.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where Stripe collects them.
  • The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required (trial portal) or with a card on file (Stripe checkout). After 14 days, you are charged at the Starter rate ($29/month) or your account is deactivated.
  • You may cancel at any time via the developer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the new rate takes effect.

4. API Key and Usage

  • Your API key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all use under your key.
  • Daily compute token limits apply by plan tier (Starter: 500 tokens/day, Builder: 2,500/day, Advanced: 7,500/day, Architect: 25,000/day). Free trial includes 100 tokens.
  • We may suspend your key immediately if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: automated scraping, key sharing, attempts to extract operator equations in bulk, or exceeding rate limits by circumvention.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Zeq.dev to build applications, research tools, educational software, and commercial products. You may not:

  • Resell or sublicense raw API access to third parties
  • Use the API to build a competing physics computation API service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or reconstruct the operator catalog or underlying computation engine
  • Use the API in applications that could directly cause physical harm without independent safety validation
  • Circumvent rate limits or attempt to access the service without valid authentication

6. Intellectual Property

The 1.287 Hz HULYAS ZEQ Framework, HULYAS mathematics, HulyaPulse formalism, and all associated operator definitions are the intellectual property of Hammoudeh Zeq and Aydan Zeq, published under CC BY 4.0 on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.15825138). Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive licence to call the API and embed results in your own applications. It does not transfer ownership of the framework or operators.

7. Accuracy, Verification and Due Diligence

Every API response includes a precision field of ≤0.001 (representing ≤0.1% variance). This is a mathematical property of the 1.287 Hz HULYAS ZEQ Framework, not a service warranty or guarantee made by Zeq.dev Ltd. The precision value describes the internal consistency of the HulyaPulse formalism.

All computations are grounded in recognised, verified physics equations consistent with standard physics textbooks and established scientific literature. The underlying framework is published openly on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.15825138) under CC BY 4.0 and may be independently verified by any qualified physicist, engineer, or researcher against recognised third-party physics references.

We encourage all users to perform their own due diligence. API results should be cross-referenced with authoritative physics literature and independently validated before use in any application where accuracy is material.

We target 99.5% monthly API uptime but do not offer SLA credits on self-hosted deployments. Enterprise SLAs are available on request.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The API is provided for software development and research purposes. We make no warranty that computations are suitable for safety-critical or life-critical applications without independent expert review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your API key is deactivated and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
